AFTER YOU'VE PURCHASED

When Will My Order Be Processed?

1) Within 1st 24 hours:
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model and color. But if you made mistake on your order, Please correct the information within 24 hours. You can find the modification link in your order confirmation email. We hold 24 hours before processing to make sure you made right choice with correct informations. Correct information includes model, color, numbers, shipping addresses, email. Don't forget to double check your APT#, PO Box# and so on. 

But again, You can modify these info within 24 hours with the link inside of your order confirmation email. You can modify/change and even cancel or re-do the order.

2) First 3 to 5 business days

After 24 hours of modification time, we cannot modify your orders. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in this step.

We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Also we ship much sooner than 3 to 5 business days in most times, but we want to be just in case there's delay. 

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in United States/China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment. Also check your spam folder or if you provided right email address.

3) Once it's shipped. You'll be updated with Tracking number and Will get notification emails from us at each stage of shipping process. Here's the estimate of shipping time frame below. 

(UK is no longer available for 4 to 6 days shipping time. it would be 4 weeks unless you get an express shipping option)

Shipping confirmation
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.

Tracking
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again. 

Delivery
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

 

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, You can do it yourself within 24 hours of ordering. You can find the modification link in order confirmation email we sent you. But after 24 hours we can no longer provide cancellation because we've already handed your order to shipping company at that point.  We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.    

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Is My Order Eligible For Free Shipping?

Free shipping can be applied to orders that meet the minimum amount required, excluding discounted, sale, and oversized/overweigh products. Your order will be shipped using economy shipping.

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS WE ARE RECEIVING, YOUR SHIPMENT MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL. REST ASSURED, WE ARE WORKING HARD TO GET EVERYTHING OUT ASAP. WE KNOW IT MAY BE FRUSTRATING TO WAIT LONGER THAN EXPECTED FOR YOUR ORDER, BUT THE ONE THING WE DON’T WANT TO DO IS SACRIFICE THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS. THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING.
